Summary of Retreat Schedule
Friday January 17
Welcome and introductions. We’ll review the schedule and intentions for the retreat and hand out journals.
Tour the grounds and take a short walk around town.
Meditation
Dinner and Conversation: A nourishing meal cooked by Molly Raney. Speaker during dinner.
Firepit chat and Cocoa Ceremony.
Sound Healing to end the day.
Saturday January 18th
Morning movement and meditation
Light Breakfast.
Morning Workshop: The science of how our thoughts impact our brains. Helpful tips from a therapist to manage our heart/mind.
Self-reflection and quiet time.
Light Lunch
Afternoon Workshop: Dana Ross Art Class. Anyone can create art. Learning how to lean into our creative gifts and what art can teach us about ourselves.
Move our bodies.
Cooking Class:: Taught by Natasha at Wild Feather Medicinals. Learning to cook to nourish our body properly through peri-menopause.
Dinner
Sound Healing to end the day.

Women Who Paint
Led by artist and instructor Dana Ross, this class invites women of all experience levels to explore through watercolor. Known for her inspiring "Women Who Paint" series, Dana provides a supportive environment where you can express yourself and discover the joy of painting while learning more about yourself.

Cooking for Peri-Menopause
Natasha from Wildfeather Medicinals leads this class designed for women who want to prepare nourishing, delicious meals for one or a few. Focusing on foods that support healthy aging, the importance of a healthy gut, and how to properly nourish YOUR body. Natasha shares expert insights and practical tips for cooking through the stages of peri-menopause and menopause.

New Year Vision Board
Led by Jessica Campbell, we will take the lessons and insights that we have learned during this retreat and apply them to our entire year ahead. This unique vision board process will give you a roadmap for the year ahead.
